"Anna helped me through a purchase of a 100 year old (historic), duplex (rental/primary residence) property. Her expertise and background in architecture helped navigate and ease my first home purchase and any hiccups that arose during the engagement.
The property under contract I was currently living in, with the other side of the duplex occupied (at the time both sides were rented - and continuously have been occupied).
Anna assisted in coordinating multiple inspections (comprehensive, plumbing, foundation) and also held our hands through deciphering the results, evaluating contracts and keeping paperwork organized. She was extremely patient as this was a longer than normal process (since we were current renters there was no “hard deadline”). She explained numerous minutia and ensured we were taken care of thoughtfully through the entire process (helped deal with inter family/private financing) and that paper work as well. As a CPA myself I’m quite risk averse, but notice ALL the details; that being said Anna was extremely gracious in working through all the features of the deal (ensuring deadlines were met even through tax season), analyzing cash flow numbers and risk from a business side (rental property) and above all her presence is calming and enjoyable enough to go grab a snack and beverage post a day of due diligence! Would recommend 10x over! Can’t wait to work again together in the future."
