Virginia | Full Remodel

Filled to the brim with the love and craftsmanship of the original owner/builder - the Virginia remodel was still ready to be updated. This was not a small undertaking as it involved removing walls to expand the master bedroom, walk-in closet and on-suite bathroom, as well as, adding in square-footage with the permitted conversion of the workshop into a 4th bedroom. The kitchen was completely gutted and replumbed - what emerged was something any entertainer would adore - new cabinets, top of the line, stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. This transformation took place in 6 weeks - looking back, I'm still in awe of how quickly we got this one completed. I'm so excited to list this 2.412 SF (4 bedroom, 2 bathroom) home on an oversized corner lot in the highly desired Encanto area of Phoenix, Arizona. Cambridge | Full Remodel

When we bought this 1950's home less than two months ago, it was full of all of the orignal features like, linoleum floors, wood paneling, security grates on the windows and all of the pink, baby blue and purple tiles you could imagine! We opened the floor plan to better utilize the living spaces, added a large laundry room and added a french door to the backyard. In the master retreat, we expanded the bathroom to allow for a double sink vanity and large walk-in shower. This transformation took place in less than 6 weeks - which numbs my mind a bit when I think about all we did to get here!
