Giving back to our community with every single transaction in 2020

When we work for you to buy, sell, lease or renovate a home, we're also committed to giving back our communities.
  • Every home sale closing (whether I represent the seller or the buyer) a contribution of  $150 will be made to my client’s favorite non-profit holding a 501(c)3 status.

  • Every home rental closing (whether I represent the landlord or tenant) a contribution of  $25 will be made to my client’s favorite non-profit holding a 501(c)3 status.

  • A contribution of 1% of all fees collected for design and consulting services will be made at the close of 2020 to one or more deserving non-profits holding a 501(c) 3 status.

  • And as a reason to have another party or two in 2020, I’ll be hosting the following events in addition to my annual holiday party:

    • Spring 2020 - Event Benefiting Halo Animal Rescue

      • This event will be hosted by my sidekick, Big Whiskey, and will be dog friendly, and support our local dog friendly businesses.

    • Late Summer / Fall 2020 - I’m still exploring who/what this event should benefit, but I was thinking Veterans, Homeless or LGBTQ.  Ideally, I’d like it to benefit our local community and the people here. I’m open to ideas, suggestions and ideas - so please share!

2019 Annual Holiday Party - Benefitting Phoenix Children's Hospital
  • Every year, I host my clients, team of industry collegues, sub-contractors, friends and a few neighbors for a night to celebrate them and the successess of the year.  My only ask is that they bring a toy or two to donate to Phoenix Children's Hospital Toy Drive.  After that, they're only obligation is to have fun, spread some holiday cheer and enjoy themselves.

  • This past party was a "Flannel and Frost" theme - while I'm generally not a fan of the color red (I think Ohio State has something to do with that), I make an exception during the holidays.

  • With everyone committed to the theme, I served them some home cooked goodness (including plant-based options for my vegan guests) and deserts.  There was a hot chocolate bar, including all of the fixins' to spike it just the way you like it and a spiced bourbon cider, in case wine or Huss Brewing brews weren't your thing.

  • We had fun with another "photo op" spot and may have had a headstand contest - pictures below

  • But, most importantly, we collected +110 toys to be donated to PCH.  Much to my surprise, several clients and friends (and even one Instagram follower who I don't know) sent gifts even if they couldn't attend.

  • All toys were dropped off the following week, with the help of my three "nieces" so that they could be part in the giving.  The loaded the car, unloaded the toys and got a certificate from the PCH staff. The second reel of photos shows all of the gifts and our drop-off adventure!

  • Thank you again for all who participated, donated and just made this past year wonderful.
